Peggy is an entrepreneur celebrating 20 years of business ownership in the beautiful California Bay Area. PBW Consulting is a boutique Human Resources outsourcing firm that delivers strategic, human-centered solutions for brave small business owners who create jobs and pursue their craft. True to her “A Human Solution” approach, Peggy provides the practical HR presence businesses need to strengthen operations, minimize risk, and focus on growth (or succession plan) and profitability.

Peggy’s passion for public speaking began as a childhood hobby with the youth National Speakers Association. She continues to share her expertise today, delivering impactful talks for Bay Area nonprofits on domestic violence support, Faith, self-care, and wellness, as well as corporate workshops on team building and workplace compliance.

Prior to founding PBW Consulting, Peggy managed Strategic HR Business Partner services and recruiting for an outsourced HRO in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. Earlier, she served as an independent HR consultant for the EEOC, overseeing Fortune 500 acquisitions and venture capital firms in the US and UK, while also working with the Western Hockey League in Canada. In the early part of her career, she helped launch and manage a private consulting firm specializing in employee retention and recruiting.

Peggy holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Human Behavior, giving her a unique and insightful perspective. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the California Chamber of Commerce.

Happily married and mom to two adult sons (who feel like best friends), Peggy lives in California's Gold Country near the Sierra Foothills. A child of God, die-hard baseball fanatic, PBR Teams fan, former avid surfer turned paddleboarder, and proud supporter of U.S. military veterans and active-duty families, proud of her faith she hosts online bible studies, her and the family love camping and outdoor adventures.
